1. Treatment Refunds

• As dental services are professional healthcare procedures, treatment fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been rendered.

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or services not yet availed.

2. Advance Payments

• If you have paid in advance for a treatment plan and decide not to continue before treatment starts, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be processed.

3. Products or Dental Appliances

• Refunds on custom dental appliances (e.g., dentures, crowns, aligners) are not applicable once fabrication has begun, as they are made specifically for individual patients.

4. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
